General Conditions of Use (GCU) of the LCAÏD website
1. General Information
The LCAÏD website (“the Site”) is operated by the company LCAÏD, registered under SIRET number 909 960 312 00017, and having its registered office in Paris (75005). Use of the Site implies full acceptance of these General Conditions of Use (GCU).
2. Purpose of the Site
The Site offers luxury ready-to-wear clothing for men for sale, as well as a customization service. Access to the Site is free, but the purchase of products and services is subject to specific conditions.
3. Orders and Payment
Users can make purchases on the Site using the following payment methods: credit card (CB), PayPal, and Apple Pay. An order confirmation is sent by email after payment validation.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
In accordance with current regulations, the buyer has 14 days after receiving the package to exercise their right of withdrawal. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in good condition, with its original label. In the event of a manufacturing defect, a refund is also possible. A prepaid return slip will be provided to the customer, who will not have to bear the return shipping costs. However, personalized and custom-made products are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (texts, images, photographs, logos, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws. Product photos were taken by a service provider and are the exclusive property of LCAÏD. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.
